So we all want change do we? Saying we want change without qualifying what kind of change we want may just get us into a whole lot of trouble. In the news you here - "Those Damn Republicans, look what they have done to America! Let's get them out of office and vote in a Democrat." Let us take a good look at that statement -  The statement says - or implies that who ever is in control is who is making a mess of things and they need to be voted out. Well - folks - it is NOT the damn Republicans, as the media is telling you but, the Democrats! That's right. The president has no control, except for veto power, over legislation getting passed or even getting discussed or entered into discussion. It is the congress! In 2006 everyone wanted change - the media was talking all about change - we needed change! Well we got it! Problem was that no one stood up and yelled loud enough that we wanted change with a certain parameters. So if we need to get rid of the trouble makers - look no further than your nearest Democratic legislator. Get them out of office!

We were sent these interesting facts:

George Bush has been in office for 7 1/2 years.  The first six the economy was fine.
A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a  gallon;
3) the unemployment rate  was 4.5%.
4) the DOW JONES hit a record  high--14,000 +
5)  American's were buying new cars, taking cruises,   vacations  overseas, living large!...

But American's wanted 'CHANGE'!  So, in 2006 they  voted in a Democratic
Congress and yes--we got 'CHANGE' all right. In  the PAST YEAR:
1) Consumer confidence  has plummeted ;
2) Gasoline is now  over $4 a gallon & climbing!;
3) Unemployment is  up to 5.5% (a 10% increase);
4) Americans have  seen their home equity drop by $12 TRILLION DOLLARS and prices still  dropping;
5) 1% of American homes are in  foreclosure.
6) as I write,  THE DOW is probing another low~~ $2.5 TRILLION DOLLARS HAS EVAPORATED FROM THEIR STOCKS, BONDS & MUTUAL FUNDS
INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS!

YES, IN 2006 AMERICA VOTED FOR  CHANGE...AND WE SURE GOT IT!  ....

REMEMBER THE PRESIDENT HAS NO CONTROL OVER ANY  OF THESE ISSUES,  ONLY CONGRESS.

We want you to really start to think here - who is really hosing us?

So you think it is the oil companies - well now is the time to start to reading and realizing just who is doing it. Then stand up, tell people you know and you want it to change - this is the American way - it is what America is based on - from the time we threw the tea into the Boston Bay till now - we are Americans !

So we hear a lot about immigration - illegals. Well, first off, it's hard to say they are immigrants when they did not immigrate, they came here illegally so, they illegal aliens plain and simple.  Nothing complex about this but since someone, allowed them stay, and it was probably not the average working class American, we are ending up paying a real big mess. Once they got here, and boy did they come in droves, they put horrendous pressure on city, town and state budgets. These illegals needed care, housing, schooling, food, etc and can you believe it - they demanded it - and believe it still they found politicians that said they deserved it. Our politicians tell us [the ones that elected them] that we have to support these illegals with all the pleasures of free hospital, medical, education, housing and food that they desire - why - just because they are here. Let's go to their country and try that why don't we? Yeah right!

Well folks let's take a good look at your tax dollars, the ones you are thinking goes to help your children, your grandparents, to help build take care our handicapped, build new bridges, roads, etc - well think again --- folks that budget is just getting a bit stretched and you never knew it. You didn't think they would tell you did you?

When we talk of our America changing we have to stop and read this article. It is a read that is worth reading and pondering, then read it again. Let this one sink in. We don't hear about this in our everyday reading or listening, why would anyone want to you to notice that a change we don't want is sneaking up on us.
